K&F Lens Adapter Nikon to Nex Review
INTRODUCTION
K&F was the first brand that I had a cooperation, this time was contacted again to make a review of the new brand's product, they launched a line of Manual Lens adapters, and this time they asked me to try it.
The KF06070 is the lens adapter that can adapt a Nikon lens to a Sony camera, it works on Full Frame and APS-C.
A little while ago as you know I upgraded my system to Sony mirrorless, but I chose to keep all my Nikon system.
As a Lanscape/Seascape photographer, it is very easy for me to work with manual lenses, at first, I seriously considered buying an adapter to take advantage of Nikon lenses, however as I mentioned before K&F approached me to test their adapter, which I accepted immediately, which I will tell you about in this article.

First of all, before buying an adapter, you should decide which adapter you really need, and what you are going to use it for:
- You must decide whether you will use it for photography, video, or both;
- You should take into account whether you are going to use it with Full Frame or APS-C cameras;

On Nikon G lenses the aperture is controlled electronically on a lever that comes with the lens, so you will have to buy an adapter that comes prepared with a ring to control the aperture, in its absence you will no longer have control over aperture values.
The K&F 06.070, have the dial ring that allows you the full control of the aperture.

Allows focus infinity, there are no electrical contacts on the adapter ring. Exposure and focus need to be adjusted manually. And thanks to the fine adjustment adapter, focusing is possible all the way to infinity and allows you to take sharp images of distant objects even at dusk and at night.
Diaphragm control of the lens is set manually with a smooth ring, that allows you to control all of the aperture ring.

BILD QUALITY
One of the first things you notice right out of the box is that K&F Concept’s Nikon adapter feels solid. Weighing in at 180g, it feels more like Metabones’ Nikon adapter.
Fit and finish is good as well. The adapter is made out of anodized aluminum and brass. There are no rough edges and nothing rattles or wiggles. The textured lens release lever slides smoothly and does not get stuck midway like some of the other cheap adapters I’ve used.

The K&F Concept Lens adapter KF06.070 is an incredible adapter for those who want to work with the Nikon G lens on Mirrorless Sony Cameras.

FINAL THOUGHTS
The beauty of adapting lenses to cameras like the Sony is that you don’t have to go all in on a single mount. Adapters give you the freedom to bring a unique style or aesthetic to each project by shooting with a wide variety of lenses.
As long as you are aware that your lenses will focus beyond infinity, K&F Concept’s adapter is surprisingly well-built and performs well. For only 35€, it’s a great way to gain access to a vast catalog of awesome vintage and modern Nikon-mount lenses.
